Moms Descend on Central Texas

Russ and I had our moms here this weekend. We went to the wildflower center.



Actually that's at the Salt Lick. The best BBQ around, well of the sauce type of BBQ.



Ah, there's the wildeflowers. We also took a trip into history, going to the Texas White House.



It was pretty rad. Made me feel like anyone could be president. Um, I said "feel". I don't think anyone can be president.

We also indulged on the Alamo Drafthouse... watching Monsters vs. Aliens. It was okay, but not so good. But the foood! Bless the folks who made and support the dream of great food during the movie.
