Sunday Thoughts

I was in the foyer at church with two wiggly children. The deacon carrying the bread went back into the chapel right as an elderly man hobbled into the area from the foyer. 

Another man in the foyer said to the elderly brother, "do you want me to flag down that Deacon so you can have the bread?"

The older brother responded,"yes. That's all I came here for."

Me too. Me too. I need to remember that even with wiggly children.

Toddler: who is the mother in our family?

Me: I am. 

Toddler: no! *giggles* you're the mom!
