Sweet Wal-Mart Adventure

Russ and I went to Wal-Mart last night to make some last-minute cookies for Relief Society. As we hustled into the store, two elderly women stopped us and asked us for a favor:
"Will you two take these back to the store for us?" They asked us this while pointing to one of these:

What would you say? I can tell you our response: "YES"

And so began the race between Russ and I in the motorized shopping carts.

Russ won, but only because those things are hard to maneuver around people. And columns. And Russ had a head start because I was taking this picture.

Running...

Here's some pictures from the 10K I did a few weeks ago. This is the longest race I've run. Russ was kind enough to get up early and come take photos of the race.

My next race will be on October 30th. I think I should dress up for it because it's so close to Halloween. What do you think I should dress up as?
