Just have to say Happy First Father's Day to the best dad I know!
Russ is really the top of the pops! I can't imagine doing this parenting thing without him! He's the best. But don't take my word for it, see for yourself:

Friday Flashback: April 29, 2011
I didn't even notice all my misspellings until post-test. Such a sorry text message! So grateful that this Friday I spent it hauling around the Sister Missionaries, making delicious food visiting with friends, and just now waking up from a nap.
Long Live the relaxing Fridays!!!

Texas Cheese Factory & Other Food
I had a coupon for $5 off a $10 purchase at the Texas Cheese Factory. When Russ and I tried to go to the recently opened, and controversially name, Fat Ho Burger and found a line out the door, we decided to try the Texas Cheese Factory in Lorena, Texas.
Here's what I think: This place is a must-try. The owner, who waited on us, had just come back from France. But don't let that make you think he's got a chip on his shoulder. Rather, he was the epitome of Southern Hospitality. The pricing was a steal! 1/2 a pound of gourmet cheese for $4?!? Crazy! Here's a bit of a breakdown:
- Cheese plate (1/2 pound of cheese)
- Mac & Cheese
- Club Sandwich
- 2 Dr. Pepper's
- ______________________
You can't beat good price gourmet. Here's what we had:

| Jalepeno Gru yere |

| Bleu Cheese |
![]() |
| Asiago |
(not pictured because we ate it too fast: Mozzarella)

| AMAZING Club Sandwich with Bocaya Cheese |
![]() |
| 4 Cheese Macaroni |
More food thoughts to come. If you find yourself in the area of Lorena, go to the Texas Cheese Factory.

Soup Kick
We've been on a soup kick in the Wilde household for the past few weeks. Unfortunately I haven't taken pictures of any until tonight. So you'll have to take my word for it.
Here's what we've had:
Here's what we've had:
- Russ's Split Pea Soup (good. Surprisingly really good)
- Chow's
CornOnion Chowder (not so good, but I still eat it) - Russ's Chicken Tortilla Soup (also, really good)

Just Another Manic Monday...
- Up since 5:30 am
- Drove 127 miles
- Found my apartment had flooded while I was gone.
- Attended classes
- Recited a case for Constitutional law (this one, in case you're curious)
- Witnessed for some student-attorney friends
- Went to the gym and got my butt kicked by J. in the RPM's class (dude calls you out in front of everybody)
- Went back to the law school. At dinner. Alone.
- Studying in the library with my favorite 1L's.
- Looking forward to sleeping on my friend Kristen's couch tonight. Such a good friend.
- My friend James said I did 'really awesome' reciting my case in Const. Law
- My friend Sophelia told me I should receive the All-American Award. She's so sweet.
- I found my earring when it popped off changing clothes to go to the gym.
- I got to listen to my favorite morning show this morning while driving.
- J at the RPM's class told me I did a 'great job for it being my second class w/ him.
- My friend Kristen is letting me sleep on her couch so I don't have to sleep in my stinky apartment!
- This Train song played in my RPM class. Reminded me of how I'm in love with Russ. Then this Bruno Mars song played on the radio while I drove home from the gym. This reminded me of the great weekend we had together. And that it was 7 years ago this month I proposed to him. I'm even more in love now.
All in all I think today was a win. Life is Good.

Sweet Wal-Mart Adventure
Russ and I went to Wal-Mart last night to make some last-minute cookies for Relief Society. As we hustled into the store, two elderly women stopped us and asked us for a favor:
"Will you two take these back to the store for us?" They asked us this while pointing to one of these:
"Will you two take these back to the store for us?" They asked us this while pointing to one of these:
What would you say? I can tell you our response: "YES"
And so began the race between Russ and I in the motorized shopping carts.
Russ won, but only because those things are hard to maneuver around people. And columns. And Russ had a head start because I was taking this picture.

Russ a fait quelque fromage
I am lucky to be married to someone who loves to cook. Which is great because I couldn't care beans if I ate every day or not. I normally just forget about food, seems like other things are more important.
Well Russ likes to eat, well. He likes to cook. A few posts back he made homemade marshmallows (they were good, and I HATE marshmallows).
His latest kick is making his own cheese. In Russell's fantasy land, he opens up a fine cheese and bread shop in Wimberley.
He made his first step today by making mozzarella cheese. It was delicious, better than the store (like his bread) and better than marshmallows. Perhaps my favorite thing he's made yet.
